Baby Levi was born nine minutes after the couple left their house, near mile marker 50 on the Northwest Parkway. The Lehman’s received lots of other baby gifts and congratulations, but they said the best came from Northwest Parkway, which sent the family a stuffy and a toll credit in honor of the roadside birth.
